“  Everything is great when you sign up and you're told your incredibly low variable rate will fluctuate but usually varies around the rate they advertise. SUPRISE - at month two.... 50% increase in supply charge. At no point during the sign up was I told this was an "introductory" rate and that successive months could get a HUGE up-tick. Looks like this is their business practice. Lure you in, then bank on you never looking at your bill and what they actually charge after month 1. The fact that they refunded me the difference immediately with no questions tells me this is a VERY common occurrence. I'll be looking for another supplier. ”

“  If you hear a knock at your door, ask who it is before opening, two reps came to my door and unfortunately my wife answered and I discovered 2 females one African America and one Hispanic, all I can say is they started flirting with me to get sign a contract dont I feel like a sucker, I dont appreciate door to door solicitors of any kind, needless to say they tried charging me almost $500 to cancel everything, I kindly told them if one of their representatives comes to my door again Im calling the police and they waived the cancellation fees, my advice dont answer the door for anyone unless your expecting the person knocking ”

“  Xoom energy has been ripping me off of my senior discount for a year. They told me my discount was included in my bill. It was not, because I called Atlanta gas light, they told me what my true bill should be. They lied to me as a senior customer! Dont trust them! Ill never choose them as my gas provider again! ”
