Very deceptive company
I signed an 18 month fixed rate contract. They make it impossible to get in contact with them to figure out how to renew your contract before it expires. The reason they do this is because as soon as your contract expires, they double your rate. I went from 14 cents per kWh to 28 cents per kWh. Huge scam!

Horrible Customer Service for Renewal
It took 28 minutes to renew. When you think your done, they transfer you to another person to verify your renewal which screams of cover-your-***. They don't even ask questions based on renewal, but "do you agree to switch?". Switch? I am already with you. Then they repeat the exact same question. The verifying agent is rude and unprofessional. I was approved for a car loan quicker than renewing with Clearview. They should rename to FoggyView.
