CleanSky Energy -- Profile Analysis

At first I was only going to do a 1 star review but, after speaking with an agent, they were able to correct my rate and renew me at an even better one. Big thanks to Shay for fixing my account. She took the time to explain to me what happened. 5 stars

We decided to switch to Titan Gas And Power when we moved in May of 2017 and we are extremely pleased with our choice. Their online customer service is excellent. Their rates are awesome compared to our previous supplier. Now our bill is $125 in the summer as opposed to nearly $300!!! Customer service has been easy to work with as well you can call or email. We have called 3 times. First to set up the account, Second to add a location and Third for a quick billing question, and they are always polite. So far, we are very happy with Titan Gas And Power and how easy it is to work with him. I recommend them.

At first I was really upset that my rate went up. I contacted Titan and spoke to a young lady named Shay. She took the time to explain to me what happened. It was my fault, I let my contract expire and that is why my rate went up. Titan was able to get me a rate that was close to what I had before.

My account was switched over to Titan Gas and Power and I was furious! I never signed up for them. I called as soon as I realized and found out that my account was rolled over by the electric company and NOT Titan. The utility does this when you are on the consumer plan? Titan gave me the choice to officially sign with them or to go to some one else. They even let me know the prices of thier competition. I received a letter from the utility a few days later explaining what happened. I decided to stay with Titan. The rate is lower and they were so nice to explain what happened.

The overall experience was great for me with Titan. They are really helping by reaching out to homeowners by themselves. Mr. Harper reached out to me and made everything easier then ever before.

Something I never think about is my energy cost. After doing a little research I narrowed it down to 3 companies. Titan was the best rate and easy customer service!

Since folks can shop for other power and gas providers on the PUCO website, its the right decision to go with 100% renewable/green whenever you have the option.

I was contacted by CleanSky Energy and the young lady was very polite and thorough in her presentation and I looked at my electric and gas services and rates and decided on CleanSky. So far I am very pleased. My electric bill is half what it was and haven't received a gas bill yet, but I know that I will be equally pleased with it.

When I first decided to go solar I researched and learned a great deal. When Cleansky Energy contacted me and explained what the company good do for me, I thought it was great. Over the future years they will provide a lower cost per KWH's than the electric company did, meaning that I will lower my electric bill even more. Thanks Cleansky for reaching out to me to let me know what service you could provide for me. I am really happy and satisfied.

Called customer service on a price question after having signed a contract. They were easy to talk to and quick to answer.

I had called about my high electric bills not Realizing I had gone out of contract no wonder they were double the gentleman that took care of me gave me a refund for $68 On the last months bill. Got back on track with a contract I will be checking out for natural gas next thank you

I switched to CleanSky and have saved almost $100.00 monthly on my bill. I liked them so much. I told three of my neighbors about my savings and gave them information to switch.

I contacted Clean Sky Energy after discussing the questions with PP & L who is my supplier. I was informed by Steve at Clean that my rates went up in Nov. but I may have missed a text or spam. He was very helpful and put me back on the rate that I had been charged previously. Thank You!

Enrollment was super easy, the price can not be beat and best of all it is all clean energy!

I am a new customer, but when my account was transferred to ClearSky they I noticed that they have an old phone number for me. Jasmine was the representative that assisted me in correcting the phone number and she also verified that the other info was correct. She as very helpful.

Okay -- I won't do that again. I stupidly signed up for a 3 month locked in rate to a variable rate: "I'll remember to change it when I need to." Of course not. Totally forgot.

I really felt upset when I saw my rate go from 0.077-> 0.1169 -> 0.13975 -> 0.1698.

Up just enough I didn't notice until I finally saw a bill north of $300 (!).
Needless to say, I think this is a bit of trickery and I called CleanSky to say such. To their credit, I apparently received an email notice and one in the mail -- I figured it was spam, forgetting I stupidly signed up for a 3 mo agreement.

Jasmine at CleanSky heard me out, was kind, professional and understanding. I calculated how much more I spent -- nearly $300 when it went variable. You know what?! She actually listened and credited me back $272. VERY impressive. Go Jasmine. Go CleanSky.

I have chosen to work with CleanSky today to supply both my elec. and gas. I have locked in rates and the process was easy and smooth. The representative Edward was easy to communicate with and he was generous with his time as I had first only contacted CleanSky regarding elec., but he then had me look at my gas (Th) rates. I was able to lock into a rate I believe will benefit myself and my family for the next 2 yrs. I appreciate the service and assistance I was given today.

Renewed my utilities with Karla today. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions also.

This was only a three month rate supplied by them. I will not renew unless the come close to that on a new contract. Their agent was exceptionally knowledgeable during the enrollment process. It is too early to say how effective they will be in the long run.

Called customer service today and spoke with Osha (spelling sorry) about an account that was transferred without my knowledge as a bait and switch to Clean Choice vs Clean Sky. The rate thru Clean Sky contract was 5.79 per KW and Clean Choice is 12.70 cents per KW. Clean Sky , once they understood what happened reinstated the contract that was changed without our knowledge 6/8/22. Clean Sky went well above and beyond what they had to do to correct the problem. Osha was wonderful to talk to. She was patient & understanding even though we were very frustrated about the problem. Thank you for sticking with us !. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

When my renewal notice arrived in my e-mail, I immediately contacted CleanSky to ask about rates with the purpose of renewing my contract. I called to dispute the notice that I was getting disconnected for non payment! I was connected to Lacinea, and she was so professional and told me my credit card on file for auto pay was not working. I then remembered I had a new CC. She took all the info and was so nice and polite!

They walked me through getting signed up again for an additional 6-months very easily.

I called in today because I got a disconnect notice I had it on autopay, so I didn't understand. I'm sure I sounded frantic, but Anna was very kind and professional. She was helpful and cared for my concerns. She worked everything out, took my payment and made sure I wouldn't be disconnected. I only wish I had got a notice that my card didn't go through earlier so I wouldn't have been charged a late fee.

The account manager revisited my account history and was able to satisfactorily pinpoint my dissatisfaction with my exorbitant billing Upon joint review we were able to arrive at a fair price moving forward and he was also instrumental in a review of an additional utility account. im paying more for gas i should have looked better at the prices i was with ugi and cant switch because it would cost me 75.00 to cancel im 72 yrs old and things are tough now,,,,ugi cost is 0.413

I had signed up to get my electricity and natural gas supplies from CleanSky Energy for two properties four months ago. Somehow only the electricity accounts had been set up and nothing had been done for the gas accounts. Today, Jennifer, a supervising customer care staff member at CleanSky Energy, corrected the problem with the gas accounts and enrolled me for both properties. She will also arrange for me to get reimbursed for the extra money I have been paying to Washington Gas as a result of the earlier enrollment problem and a higher rate being used in my gas bills. Jennifer has assured me that she will personally monitor the situation to make sure today's enrollments go through and I will get reimbursed after I submit my gas bills so that they can compute how much should be credited back to my account. I am pleased with the service I received from Jennifer and her professionalism.

Had a chat with Evelyn for my account billing. She was amazing and awesome person with excellent knowledge about the business. She provided such a great customer service that is rare these days. She is a gem for CleanSky Energy. Her supervisor/manager should provide all they can including higher compensation raises or bonus to keep her in the company

Friendly people, but not totally sure why we were visited.

Titan's introductory rate was good. But like many of the energy generation and transmission companies out there, they hope you forget about them and just keep paying your bill. Then they drastically increase the rate and "stick it to ya," just like so many other providers. Don't forget. Research your energy supplier options, be wary of variable rates, enrollment fees, early termination penalties, daily/monthly "service" fees, etc. Switch to the lowest overall priced provider and set an electronic calendar reminder or make an entry in your day/month/year planner to revisit energy provider options before your term expires. Then make a selection and switch before your "current" provider has a chance to raise rates on you. You owe no loyalty to disloyal providers like Titan Gas & Power. It's not personal; it's business ($). Wash, rinse, repeat.

Rovas educated me on how to understand my bill. Even
if he had to go over things more than once, he was very
patient. He walked me through all the options I had to
choose from. I ended getting a much better deal than I
had. I want to thank him for all the time he spent with me.

DO NOT USE THEM.
When they switch from Titan to CleanSky, things got weird.
But i also never got a notice that there was a change of hands either or what my new rates would be.
So once my term were up, they took me from 3cents to 13cents. with a $5.95 monthly fee. The new rates and monthly fee was not something they made me aware of or was noted.
You can only imagine when your supplier charges go from $111 dollars one month to $270 dollars, the reaction you will having looking at a $423 bill in total.
Obviously I immediately switch providers and within 2 months had myself back at my previous rates. But within 2 days after i filed for the switch, CleanSky called me asking me to come back. I told the rep nicely that when a company over doubles your electric bill without giving you notice then asking you to come back when you switch because of that, do you think i would want to come back? Told him that you might want your management to be aware of that because you may not want to cold call those people because you will not like the conversations you will have with them.

It was easy to enroll in the energy choice plan

I was with Clean Sky Energy and was happy with their rate however when my plan was expiring, their rate doubled from what I was paying the prior year. So I switched carriers.
Now I get at least one call a day from someone saying they are from Clean Sky and are offering me as a former subscriber a rate of .0499 which I know is bogus. They play the game to call back on their number and get a manager who is also a scammer. I called Clean Sky on the website number (which of course is different from the scammer number). They assured me there is no 0499 rate. Be careful. These crooks are good. They have your name, address and account information. Scary

Rovis from Cleveland, OH was the customer service agent I spoke with. Very kind and informative person. Listened to everything I needed taken care of and helped explain some prior issues from earlier in the summer that had been resolved but were still showing up on my bill.

This man is dedicated to his job and helping out his customers. I hate to say it but I was that customer calling at the last minute before they closed, and he was the last service rep there till past closing time helping me out.

He got me a great renewal rate, locked me in for 6 months, reviewed my previous bill, was very informative, did everything very quickly... and the entire time was incredible.

If management is reading this, this man deserves a raise!

Just a warning...pay close attention to when your contract expires. They have predatory billing practices.

I didn't realize that my term had expired. But I wasn't that concerned because it would just be fair market prices (I thought). My rates had quadrupled before I realized there was a problem. I did try to talk to customer service to be made whole they offered me an insult and Said it was the best they could do. The service itself we never had a problem with, but they are a bad faith company. Be careful.

looking for lower prices are hard to find,,,,,when your living on ssi and a pension of 211.00 a month its very tuff,,thank you
