  The account manager revisited my account history and was able to satisfactorily pinpoint my dissatisfaction with my exorbitant billing Upon joint review we were able to arrive at a fair price moving forward and he was also instrumental in a review of an additional utility account. This was my very first person to person contact with this company and I did not go away disappointed nor unsatisfied.

Good Company so far

  It has only been 2 months, but one thing they do that I really like is send a weekly email with your usage up to that point in the billing cycle and your expected electric bill. This allows me to reduce usage if needed and removes any "Bill Shock" when the monthly bill does post.
