SCAMMER company
There was a representative from cleansky energy who came to my door and said they had collaboration with eversource and said i will be charged lower than eversource energy supply and tricked me into signing up for their service. Though i did not care much he also said i will receive $100 coupon in my mail. I do not care about the coupon, but i want to terminate this service but do not want to give a termination fee when all their claim seem to be a lie. I paid $200 and this month $300 when my actual price with other supplier was well within $100. stop this SCAMMER company from tricking other people

The agent you spoke with did successfully submit a cancellation request and waive the termination fee on your account as requested. An adjustment request has been submitted for your account for the invoice you received, which has been re-rated to your utilitys current rate. You will receive a refund check with 7-14 business to the mailing address on file. We have also sent you an email that confirms the details of your adjustment. We forwarded your feedback regarding the salesmen who visited your home, to the appropriate department to ensure that all representatives are presenting our products correctly and to our standards. Horrible
A sales representative for this company came to my front door claiming to be my provider from National Grid. I never had a provider. He said he wanted to see my current bill for maintenance and that I'd get a $50 gift card for complying. He openly lied to me and tricked me into signing up for an energy paln with this company. I've tried emailing and calling this company numerous times in the last week to rescind this without any rate changes or fees and no one ever answers. I was left on hold TWICE for over half an hour just to be brought to voicemail where no one responded. This company and its practices are horrible.

Due to inclement weather conditions, most of our Houston-based employees were without power and were able to assist customers on a limited basis. According to our records, you have already spoken with a Customer Service Representative regarding this matter and your account did not become effective with CleanSky Energy. Please be advised no charges were applied. Criminal scammers
Do not even open your door to these people. Their sales rep forced his way into the house and presented himself as a current supplier representative. After mispresenting basically everything he added that this is an annual review of service and somehow signed me up to their service. Rest is history. Stay away from them as they will do anything to get your account number and screw you over.

Salesman knocked on our door pretty late on a Saturday evening. It seemed like he was with our building management and asked to see a copy of our electric bill because other residents were unhappy with their rates. Somehow he ended up in our apartment, we weren't expecting to have a guest and of course there are concerns about covid so it was very uncomfortable. We signed up as there was a promise of our rates being lower than National Grid's especially once this imminent rate increase took effect that he kept talking about. Later we looked over the contract and the rate from CleanSky was significantly higher than our National Grid rate. Mind you, we did not want to spend time going over all of this while he was here and we were being pushed into signing up. I knew that I could cancel within 3 days so I signed it just to get out of the situation as fast as possible as it was getting really annoying. I called on Monday to cancel and upon explaining this the customer service agent told me that she doesn't understand because she sticks to her convictions and if she's not interested in something she says no, and she never changes her mind. She tried multiple other ways to try to get me not to cancel. Eventually she helped me cancel but told me there's no guarantee that the service won't go into effect because of the way their system works. This is a company that basically has no need to exist and therefore has to resort to these pushy, sketchy, annoying antics.
