“  We had a service outage in the middle of the night here in Cape Cod and I called the 800 number for Eversource - first I had a virtual assistant message and then had the choice to connect to a live rep- it took only seconds to connect and she was extremely courteous and happy to help - I also received follow up updates from a virtual assistant but power was restored timely- I know you hear complaints often but I feel compelled to point out the good service and such a nice customer service rep that helped me - I am very happy with the results and appreciate the good service ”

“  I always search for best price, longest term. Clearview provided that. 8.79 for 24 months. No add on monthly fee. Little disappointed to see the rate for the same term, dropped to 8.29. Will cost me $50 for 10,000 kwh annual usage. ”
