Switch to Green Energy
Switched to Green energy to get a favorable rate and it is now in place. My only complaint is it took approx 2-3 months for the change to take place. Not sure whose fault this is but when I've switched before the tranistion happened faster.

High Rates, no communication
Green Mountian Energy sold us on renewable energy, but our generation service charge is now at .21700 while they offer .14200 on their website. This adds up to $80 monthly for our home electric bill. How is this fair?
