Unitil -- Profile Analysis

When I was suddenly unable to pay my accounts together, via my saved credit card, I was told back in November 2023: *Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.* Well, now it's late January 2024 and they keep replying "we are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with this temporary change. As stated above, this is expected to take a few months and unfortunately it is unavoidable." That's complete BS! It's obviously not "unavoidable." (Unless they are technologically working in the Dar Ages.) In my opinion, it's Unitil just trying to get our bank account information. Sorry! Not going to happen! Horrible company hate them.

I was approved for Fuel Assistance, Assstance took 6 months to pay. I kept in contact with Unitil & supplied all required documents... They sent my account to collections anyway. My portion of the bill was paid.

Very greedy company. They only care about money, even if that means families die because they can't afford to heat their home and freeze to death. I had to move because they were the only option for electric and we couldn't afford two mortgage payments. Our bill was almost as much as our mortgage.
