    Easy changeover
    Very professional/courteous. Ive only experienced 1month so far but based on that and ease of signing up I dont anticipate any problems! On another note there was a gift card offer when I signed up but I havent received that yet Rodney Crawford from Annville PA

    No service

    I contacted them in June and they still hadnt done anything about transferring the account from Aep to them costing me hundreds of dollars, poor customer service, dont switch to them they are slow of taking care of business
