    Deceptive

    They just called my home phone, the caller ID on my phone read Eversource, as I am a residential electric and gas customer, I answered. Vague robocall about a discount on my electric bill, I selected to speak with a customer support person, which I would never do, but I wanted to know who was engaging in this misleading/fraudulent behavior. Guy in heavily accented English in a very noisy phone bank, I interrupted his pitch to ask the name of the organization, then I hung up on him.
